1. No gatherings or parties of any kind are permitted in the room. 2. The property reserves the right to remove any additional occupants from the room. 3. The property reserves the right to evict guests from the property due to their behavior and conduct or for any other safety, security or medical reason. This applies in particular if guests do not follow the instructions of the property staff, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass or endanger other guests. 4. Guests are required to present an original proof of identity upon arrival at the property. 5. All property assets and valuables must be properly secured and not damaged or destroyed. The property has the discretion to impose any charges in the future, if it is proven beyond reasonable doubt that the said damage/destruction to the property's assets (movable and immovable) has been done or caused by the guest. 6. If you have any allergy, sensitivity or intolerance, including but not limited to: a specific fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not the property's responsibility to inform the property management prior to arrival. 7. Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room or the property can store your valuables upon request. 8. In case the items you wish to store are extremely valuable, you should inform the hotel prior to storage. The property may refuse to store such valuables. 9. The management and staff work hard to provide a safe environment. We do everything possible to ensure that a safe environment is maintained and we ask our guests to do the same. The property assumes no responsibility for any personal items that are lost, stolen or misplaced while on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves. 10. Lost items found on the premises are recorded and kept in a secure place for a period of three (3) months. The items are then either discarded or donated to charitable organizations. The property assumes no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost items. Fragile items recovered from rooms after check-out are only kept until the close of business on the same day. 11. The requested items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the property can arrange for postage on behalf of the guest at their own expense. 12. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted here to be informed of any changes. 13. We do our best to ensure that the booking arrangements are satisfactory, however the hotel assumes no liability for any financial or other loss, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil unrest, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flood, acts of God, government or other acts, changes in government regulations, accidents or breakdowns of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or labor strikes.
